US Amends Tuberculosis Indemnity Regulations to Encourage Removal of Affected Livestock

The US Department of Agriculture is amending its tuberculosis indemnity regulations to provide financial compensation for cattle, bison, and cervids affected by or exposed to tuberculosis, with the goal of facilitating the eradication of the disease in the country.
