Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management Revise Upper Columbia River Basin Ecosystem Management Strategy

The Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management are revising their 1994 notice of intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and conduct planning activity for the Upper Columbia River Basin, which spans across Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and Nevada, to reflect changes in the scope of the EIS and planning.
