U.S. Department of Agriculture to Host Public Meetings on Proposed HACCP Rule

The U.S. Department of Agriculture will host a series of public meetings to discuss the proposed regulation on Pathogen Reduction; Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Systems, allowing for direct input from interested parties on key concerns and proposed options.
