Delegation of Authority to Forest Supervisors, Intermountain Region

The Intermountain Region of the US Forest Service is granting Forest Supervisors the authority to handle easement-related transactions on National Forest System lands, as per the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 and the National Forest Roads and Trails Act of 1964.
