The Agricultural Marketing Service is seeking to extend and revise a currently approved information collection to support the grading of shell eggs and U.S. standards, grades, and weight classes, as outlined in the Regulations Governing the Grading of Shell Eggs and U.S. Standards, Grades, and Weight Classes for Shell Eggs--7 CFR Part 56, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
