United Power Association Relocates 230 kV Transmission Line in North Dakota

The Rural Utilities Service has issued a Finding of No Significant Impact for United Power Association's proposed project to relocate a portion of a 230 kV transmission line in North Dakota to avoid flooding from Devils Lake, requiring approximately 8.5 miles of new line construction.
