City of Boulder Proposes Easement for Raw Water Pipeline Replacement in Roosevelt National Forest

The City of Boulder, Colorado, is seeking permission to replace its 1906 Lakewood Raw Water Pipeline with a new 27- to 33-inch pipeline, crossing 5 miles of National Forest System lands, and has proposed an easement to the City to facilitate the project.
