U.S. Customs Service Requests Public Comments on Dissemination of Rulings and Elimination of Microfiche

The U.S. Customs Service is seeking public input on its plan to transition its rulings and publications to digital formats, including CD-ROM and the Internet, and to eliminate microfiche, a format currently used to distribute these materials by subscription.
