U.S. Customs and Border Protection Proposes Amendments to Low-Value Shipments Regulations

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is proposing changes to its regulations for low-value shipments valued at $800 or less, aiming to improve the targeting of high-risk shipments, including those containing synthetic opioids, and enhance the verification of eligible shipments and bona fide gifts.
