Civil Monetary Penalty Inflation Adjustment-Alcoholic Beverage Labeling Act

The U.S. government has announced an inflation adjustment to the maximum civil penalty for violating the Alcoholic Beverage Labeling Act (ABLA), increasing it from $25,561 to $26,225, effective immediately. This change is in accordance with the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, as amended.
