Treasury Department Proposes New Automated System for IRS to Enhance Compliance

The Treasury Department's Internal Revenue Service has announced a proposed new system, Automated Information Analysis System--Treasury/IRS 46.050, aimed at increasing voluntary compliance with tax laws, and seeks to exempt it from certain Privacy Act requirements.
