OTS Issues Final Rule to Update Regulations on Conflicts of Interest, Corporate Opportunity, and Hazard Insurance

The Office of Thrift Supervision is issuing a final rule to update and streamline its regulations on conflicts of interest, corporate opportunity, and hazard insurance, in response to the Regulatory Reinvention Initiative and the Community Development and Regulatory Improvement Act of 1994.
