U.S. Employment Service Announces 1996 Adverse Effect Wage Rates for H-2A Agricultural Workers

The U.S. Employment Service has set minimum wage rates for nonimmigrant alien agricultural workers, aiming to prevent adverse effects on U.S. workers' wages, and also established meal charges for these workers.
