US Labor Department Launches Investigations into Worker Adjustment Assistance Eligibility for Leslie Corp. and Other Companies

The US Labor Department has initiated investigations into the certifications of eligibility for worker adjustment assistance for Leslie Corp. and other companies, following a request from the companies to review their eligibility for the program
