National Skill Standards Board to Hold Open Meeting

The National Skill Standards Board, established by the Goals 2000: Educate America Act of 1994, will convene an open meeting to discuss the development and implementation of a national system of voluntary skill standards and certification, involving partnerships between business, industry, labor, education, and other key stakeholders.
