National Dietary Research, Inc. Settles with Commission Over Unsubstantiated Health Claims

National Dietary Research, Inc., and its affiliates have agreed to a consent order with the Commission, settling allegations of violating federal law by making unsubstantiated health claims about their products. The order requires the companies to pay $100,000 and prohibits them from making certain claims without reliable scientific evidence.
