Local Health System, Inc., et al. Agree to Settlement Over Prohibited Trade Practices

Local Health System, Inc., and other parties have agreed to a settlement, which includes restrictions on the merger of two major hospitals in St. Clair County, Michigan, and requires them to obtain regulatory approval before acquiring certain hospital assets in the Port of Huron area for the next three years.
