Waterous Company, Inc. to Settle Allegations of Unfair Business Practices

Waterous Company, Inc., a St. Paul-based manufacturer of fire pumps, has agreed to a consent agreement with the Commission to settle allegations of violating federal law by restricting competition in the fire pump market, and to refrain from requiring fire truck manufacturers to purchase only Waterous's pumps.
