Computer Business Services, Inc. to Settle Allegations of Unfair Business Practices with $5 Million Consent Agreement

Computer Business Services, Inc. has agreed to a consent agreement with the Commission, which would require the company to stop misrepresenting client success rates and using deceptive testimonials, and to pay $5 million in consumer redress for violating federal laws on unfair competition and consumer protection.
