Zygon International, Inc. Settles with FTC Over Prohibited Trade Practices

Zygon International, Inc. has agreed to a consent order with the Federal Trade Commission, prohibiting the company from making unsubstantiated claims about its products, including those that claim to accelerate learning, enhance memory, aid in weight loss, and improve vision, and requiring the company to pay $195,000 into escrow accounts for consumer redress programs.
