Raytheon Company; Prohibited Trade Practices, and Affirmative Corrective Actions

In settlement of alleged violations of federal law prohibiting unfair or deceptive acts or practices and unfair methods of competition, this consent order requires, among other things, a Massachusetts-based high technology company to erect an information ``firewall'' for the duration of the Navy competition, and prohibits the dissemination of any non-public information concerning Raytheon's procurement of Chrysler Technologies Holding, Inc. (``CTH'') officials or employees, or receiving any non-public information concerning the bid.
