U.S. Department of Labor Publishes Corrected Semiannual Regulatory Agenda

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has published a corrected version of its semiannual regulatory agenda, which was initially published on February 9, 2024, but inadvertently omitted the listing of all regulatory flexibility items. The corrected document is now available in the Federal Register.
