The Department of Labor is requesting public comment on an Occupational Safety & Health Administration-sponsored information collection request for the provision of hydrostatic testing on portable fire extinguishers, as part of the Standard on Portable Fire Extinguishers, which is currently undergoing review by the Office of Management and Budget.
