DOL Updates Exemptions for Executive, Administrative, Professional, Outside Sales, and Computer Employees

The Department of Labor is revising regulations to update exemptions from minimum wage and overtime pay for certain employees, including increasing the standard salary level and highly compensated employee threshold, with the first update set for July 1, 2024.
