Revised Discrete Gust Load Design Requirements Proposed by Department of Transportation

The Department of Transportation proposes to revise the gust load design requirements for transport category airplanes to better account for the aerodynamic and structural dynamic characteristics of the airplanes, aligning with the Joint Aviation Requirements of Europe.
