Defense Logistics Agency Proposes Alteration to Records System to Comply with Privacy Act and Regulatory Requirements

The Defense Logistics Agency is proposing to update its records system to include the Department of Labor as a routine user, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and regulations requiring the reporting of serious accidents.
