A Notice of Intent (NOI) to Prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Proposed North Expansion of Kennecott Copper's Tailings Impoundment in Salt Lake County, Utah was published in the Federal Resister on Friday, August 19, 1994. The NOI incorrectly listed the date of the Scoping Meeting. On page 42823, third column, second paragraph of the NOI the date was incorrectly stated as ``Wednesday, September 19, 1994''. The date should read ``Monday, September 19, 1994''.
