Loan Guaranty: Increase in Attorney Fees

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is increasing the maximum amount it will reimburse for trustee's fees and legal services from $700 to $850 to make it easier for loan holders to hire experienced counsel for foreclosures, allowing for more timely proceedings. This change aims to facilitate the liquidation of VA-guaranteed loans.
