USFSPA Assistance and Garnishment Requirements for Air Force and Marine Retirees

The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is requiring Air Force and Marine retirees to submit all requests for assistance under the Uniformed Services Former Spouses' Protection Act (USFSPA) and child support and alimony garnishments to the Cleveland Center, Office of General Counsel, Code L, P.O. Box 998002, Cleveland, OH 44199-8002.
