Approved Agency Information Collection Notice: Records to be Kept by Employers-Fair Labor Standards Act

The Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor has announced that its information collection request for employer records under the Fair Labor Standards Act has been approved by the Office of Management and Budget. The collection, which was previously revised and extended, will now be effective through May 31, 2027.
