Delegation of Authority for Issuing Loan Guarantees in Indian Housing Program

The U.S. Secretary is transferring his authority to issue loan guarantees for Indian housing loans from the Section 184 Loan Guarantees for Indian Housing program to the Assistant Secretary for Public and Indian Housing, as outlined in 12 U.S.C. 1715z-13a.
