Niagara Frontier Tariff Bureau, Inc.Agreement

Niagara Frontier Tariff Bureau, Inc. (Niagara), has filed a petition seeking approval of a minor amendment to its collective ratemaking agreement, which was previously approved under 49 U.S.C. 10706(b). The amendment would modify Niagara's bylaws to allow Niagara to: (a) reduce the membership of the Board of Directors from 12 to 8 directors; (b) reduce the number of directors elected at each annual meeting from 6 to 4; and (c) make conforming amendments to the nomination and voting process section of the bylaws in light of the proposed reduction in the number of directors.
