SBA Proposes Changes to HUBZone Appeal Process

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is proposing amendments to its Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) and the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program, allowing for appeals from protest determinations regarding HUBZone certification status, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022.
