Department of Housing and Urban Development Announces Initial Determination on State and Local Fair Housing Laws

The Department of Housing and Urban Development has determined that the fair housing laws in Connecticut, Ohio, South Carolina, and Cambridge, Massachusetts, are substantially equivalent to the Fair Housing Act, and is seeking public comments on this determination.
