Department of Housing and Urban Development Announces Initial Determination on Substantial Equivalency of State and Local Fair Housing Laws

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has made initial determinations that certain states and localities have fair housing laws substantially equivalent to the Fair Housing Act, and is seeking public comments on these determinations and proposed practices.
