NASA Grants Partially Exclusive Patent License to Toray Composites (America), Inc.

NASA has announced its intention to grant Toray Composites (America), Inc. a partially exclusive license to practice a patented invention related to Phenylethynyl Terminated Imide Oligomers, as outlined in a U.S. patent application filed by the U.S. government in 1994.
