U.S. Patent 5,323,681 Now Available for Licensing

The U.S. Patent Office has made the patent assignment to the U.S. government available for licensing, following the guidelines set by 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1)(i), and the patent is now being offered for licensing to interested parties.
