Housing Finance Agency Risk-Sharing Program for Insured Affordable Multifamily Project Loans: Extension of Interim Rule

The Department of Housing has extended the effective period of its interim rule for the Housing Finance Agency Risk-Sharing Program for Insured Affordable Multifamily Project Loans until the final rule is published and made effective, allowing the program to continue operating for an additional 12 months.
