DOD, GSA, and NASA Agree on Interim Rule to Increase Certified Cost or Pricing Data Threshold

The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration have agreed on an interim rule to increase the certified cost or pricing data threshold for civilian agencies from $100,000 to $500,000, removing the need for commercial pricing certificates.
