EPA Sets New Air Emission Standards for Hazardous Waste Facilities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is implementing new air standards to reduce organic emissions from hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities, effective June 5, 1995, for certain hazardous waste generators and treatment, storage, and disposal facilities subject to RCRA subtitle C permitting requirements.
