FTC Delays Compliance Dates for Appliance Labeling Rule

The Federal Trade Commission has delayed the compliance dates for certain disclosure requirements in its Appliance Labeling Rule, allowing manufacturers time to comply with the new requirements, which will take effect on December 28, 1994, for some products and December 29, 1994, for others.
