DOE Withdraws Interagency Agreement Guidance and Proposal from Acquisition Regulation

The Department of Energy is removing guidance on interagency agreements and withdrawing a proposal to amend the relevant regulation as part of its efforts to reduce and streamline its regulations, in line with Executive Orders 12861 and 12866.
