Proposed Information Collection Request Submitted to OMB

The Administrative Conference of the United States has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval a proposed version of an interview protocol to be used in an evaluation of the Environmental Protection Agency's negotiated rulemaking program. Potential interviewees include participants in selected negotiated rulemaking processes and selected rulemakings undertaken under conventional rulemaking processes.
