DOD Removes 32 CFR Part 62a on Education and Training in Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention

The Department of Defense has officially revoked 32 CFR part 62a, which provided education and training in alcohol and drug abuse prevention, as it has fulfilled its original purpose and is no longer applicable.
