NMFS Proposes Changes to Annual Catch Limit and Accountability Measures for Guam Bottomfish Management Unit Species

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) proposes to increase the annual catch limit for Guam bottomfish management unit species from 31,000 pounds to 34,500 pounds, and modify accountability measures to address overfishing concerns, in an effort to rebuild the fishery.
