U.S. Commerce Department Imposes Countervailing Duties on Thai Chassis and Subassemblies

The U.S. Department of Commerce has made a final determination that countervailable subsidies are being provided to Thai producers and exporters of certain chassis and subassemblies, affecting imports from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.
