Quarterly Rail Cost Adjustment Factor

The Commission has approved a first quarter 1995 rail cost adjustment factor (RCAF) and cost index filed by the Association of American Railroads. The first quarter RCAF (Unadjusted) is 1.058. The first quarter RCAF (Adjusted) is 0.822, equal to the fourth quarter 1994 RCAF (Adjusted). As the RCAF (Adjusted) remains unchanged, no rate actions are ordered and maximum first quarter 1995 rate levels are unchanged.
