Cooperative Agreement Revised Procedures

This proposed revised procedure implements Title 10, United States Code, Chapter 142, as amended, which authorizes the Secretary of Defense, acting through the Director, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), to enter into cost sharing cooperative agreements to support procurement technical assistance programs established by state and local governments, private nonprofit organizations, Tribal organizations, and Indian-owned economic enterprises. Subpart III of this issuance establishes the proposed administrative procedures to be implemented by DLA to enter into such agreements for this purpose.
