US Department of Agriculture Amends Regulations for Food and Agricultural Sciences National Needs Graduate Fellowship Grants Program

The US Department of Agriculture's Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service is amending its regulations to clarify aspects of the Food and Agricultural Sciences National Needs Graduate Fellowship Grants Program, providing additional guidance for applicants, and incorporating newly applicable federal statutes and regulations, following the recent Department of Agriculture reorganization.
