NMFS Publishes Draft Supplemental Environmental Assessment for Fisheries Research Conducted and Funded by Southwest Fisheries Science Center

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has released a draft Supplemental Programmatic Environmental Assessment (SPEA) for fisheries research conducted and funded by the Southwest Fisheries Science Center, marking the start of a public comment period. The SPEA evaluates changes to research activities along the US west coast and in the Scotia Sea area off Antarctica, updating information on species and environmental components.
